Robertha Medina has over a decade of experience as a litigation paralegal.
She primarily supports the firm’s litigation, investigations, and labor and employment law practice areas and has extensive knowledge of state, administrative and federal court rules and e-filing procedures across Illinois and various other jurisdictions.
She has managed large-scale discovery projects (involving document collection, review, and production) and e-discovery platforms for federal and state litigation, as well as arbitration and government investigation matters. And she routinely assists with other phases of litigation, including fact gathering and investigation, trial and hearing preparation and post-judgment proceedings.
Robertha also supports the firm’s various industry specializations, notably education and procurement. She conducts legislative and regulatory research, and assists in conducting due diligence regarding federal/state/municipal regulatory compliance.
